​

As an Administrative Assistant, I am mainly responsible for Learning Services' website and collaborate with another administrative assistant to manage CAPS' website and Mason CARES website. Moreover, I create flyers and Mason TV ads upon request to promote department's workshops, groups, and events.

As a Student Supervisor, my duties do not stop at office work, teaching, or supervising, I also create flyers to advertise the workshops, as well as quick guides upon request.

Business Plan | Sattva Inc.
​

This is a semester-long project for my IT 495 (Turning Ideas into Successful Companies) class. As a team, we created a holistic health center, owned by our company - Sattva Inc., to satisfy the current demand associated with contemporary healthy living trend.

 

For my parts, I converted the logo to digital art from concept sketch, designed market research survey, calculated cash flow, analyzed break-even point, listed financial assumptions, formated the document, and discussed in depth with other group members about other parts of the project.

Business Plan | Harmonia LLC

This is another semester-long project for another class - MSOM 304 (Starting and Managing a New Enterprise). My team worked together and created a business plan to start a company called Harmonia LLC that specializes in planning group dates for couples.

 

For my parts, I designed the company logo, created a website for the company, calculated cash flow, estimated break-even point, listed financial assumptions, developed marketing strategy and operational plan, and discussed all possible ideas with other group members.

Event Planning | Waves of Barrels

​

This is a semester-long project for my TOUR 220 (Introduction to Event Management) class for my Tourism & Event Management minor.

 

As a group, we planned a Wine and Craft Beer Festival called "Waves of Barrels". We build the project based on the Five Phases of Event Management: Research, Design, Planning, Coordination, and Evaluation.

 

For my parts, I designed the event logo, created a website for the event as well as other marketing materials such as T-shirt, poster, can koozie, banner, and social media sites, calculated budget and break-even point, made follow-up survey, planned production schedule, and assisted other group members with their parts.
